Life After … Yoga and Flying Trapeze! While this category is a catch-all for all things fitness, it will primarily focus on yoga and flying trapeze. I am a yogi, a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 in the style of vinyasa (currently pursuing my RYT-500), a wannabe flying trapeze artist and a flying trapeze instructor. These two activities have transformed my life in ways I could never imagine. I couldn’t call this section just “fitness” or “exercise” because that is only the smallest part of it.
