This is my 101st post! Woohoo! To mark this milestone, I plan to not only listen to the Depeche Mode album of the same name, but I also joined the Day Zero Project. According to the website, “Day Zero is a place to record your goals, discover new challenges, and gain motivation to achieve them.” In other words, I created a list of 101 things I want to do in the next 1,001 days. I’ve always said that when it comes to “missing” any kinds of foods that a vegan diet eliminates, I don’t miss cheese, sushi or even bacon.
