101st Post and 101 Things to Do

This is my 101st post! Woohoo! To mark this milestone, I plan to not only listen to the Depeche Mode album of the same name, but I also joined the Day Zero Project. According to the website, “Day Zero is a place to record your goals, discover new challenges, and gain motivation to achieve them.” In other words, I created a list of 101 things I want to do in the next 1,001 days. Because as we already know, I am clearly insane. (many thanks to my friend Stoopmama for the inspiration! The Day Zero Project inspiration, not the insanity inspiration. Vegan Baking is Delicious!

So it’s been awhile since I’ve posted to “Food for Thought”. Am I still following a vegan diet? Indeed I am!

I’ve always said that when it comes to “missing” any kinds of foods that a vegan diet eliminates, I don’t miss cheese, sushi or even bacon.
